A joint venture under the name and style of Colombo City Developers
(Private) Limited is now incorporated between BMC and HDFC-RED, a fully
owned subsiiary of Housing Development Finance Corporation Bank of Sri
Lanka,
to develop its head office premises at Sangaraja Mawatha in to a multi
billion-rupee commercial cum condominium complex. Project proposals
would be invited from national and international contractors soon.
